a collection of mostly one-hour classes recorded from our live online practice. these classes usually consist of a short introduction to the philosophy we're exploring, 10 minutes of seated pranayam, 30-40 minutes of asana, and 5-10 minutes of savasana and/or meditation. five new classes are added to this library weekly!
